Heroes creator gets involved with Nokia

Tim Kring, Heroes creator joins hands with Nokia in creating ‘Conspiracy for Good.’ Just as Heroes episodes, ‘Conspiracy for Good’ also focuses on the good versus evil theme.

Kring has chosen a different media for showcasing his creation this time. He is tapping the latest audience of digital world including internet users and mobiles users. Smart move, Kring! Keep it up!

The basic story behind this new project sounds something like this. ‘Conspiracy for Good’ is a centuries old organization, which as the name suggests is involved in good activities. But it has to face a multinational organization called Blackwell Briggs, which wants to put all the goodness of ‘Conspiracy for Good’ to an end. This organization wants to prosper in its own business of oil pipelines.

If you want to have real fun, then let me tell you that the series will be available soon on your mobile and the web. But while you wait for its release, just watch Heroes online right here with amazing audio and video quality.

Moreover, the story is not fully controlled by the writers. Surprised? Well, you will be the part of the story. It is an open ended plot with you in the midst of it actively participating.

Kring says, “The story is not a $4 million per episode television show that comes to your screen. It’s a narrative that comes at you from multiple directions and allows you to stand at the center and be a part of it.”

Kristen Bell Loves Whales

I know just like Heroes episodes, you love Kristen Bell like anything, which is why I have appeared again with a spicy scoop related to this Heroes’ hottie.

Without further ado, lemme tell you why she loves whales and why whales have become the reason of her popularity.

So are you geared up? If yes, then here we go…

You know buddies that ‘Whales’ is an upcoming project of Kristen, in which she is playing the role of a reporter. As such nothing has been revealed about the movie, but it is definite that movie is under development.

One of the little birdies told me that Kristen will be seen playing the character of a motivated L.A. journalist, who is desperately waiting for her big break. The movie presents the saga of a village man Krasinski and Greenpeace activist Barrymore, who lend their hands to the dying whales of Arctic ice.

Though in this movie she is playing the role of a reporter, but will have to wear a sexy swimsuit. I should tell you, since the movie is set in Cold War-era of 1988, so the actors had to dress up according to this era.

I really like this Heroes hottie and I have fallen in love with her ever since I started to watch Heroes episodes.

If you are monitoring the news of this upcoming flick, then you will realize that many changes have already been made in the project. A lot of chopping and changing has taken place, even before the production has initiated.

Believe it or not, the creators even changed its name from ‘Everybody Loves Whales’ to ‘Whales’. Well, if these changes have taken place, then I think these must be the demand of the movie.

I am sure she is really gonna rock as a reporter in the movie.

Other than this, she is ready to appear in more than a few projects and these include an untitled Queen of Babble project, Sheepish, Burlesque etc.

Elisabeth Rohm Talks Heroes

If there is one thing Heroes has always been lacking it’s some good ol’ romance, but when Elisabeth Rohm joins the cast on November 2, it looks like love is finally in the air. Her character explores a relationship with newly single HRG, but don’t expect this girl to be some damsel in distress – Rohm’s CIA agent Lauren Gilmore arrives on the show ready to kick some serious supernatural butt. In an exclusive interview, we talked to Rohm about her new role.

I hear you’ve been on Heroes for a month and a half. Do you feel well acquainted with your character?
It really is still that fresh, exciting time where every episode that shows up I’m like, “Who is she? Who do they see her as?” I think that’s the great thing about television. The thing that I missed in these last several years after having left Law & Order, I really missed the excitement of the unknown that comes with episodic television. You know, with movies, you have a script and you’re dedicated to that for three to six months. With TV there’s a real element of surprise. I love that.

Tell us about your character, Lauren Gilmore.
Lauren, as we meet her in the beginning, is partners with Jack. They work in the same company, so she sort of does what he does. She’s just a bad-ass kind of guy like him, but a girl.

And they share a past?
Yes, [HRG] and I have a past, that I can’t say is exactly romantic, but there’s definitely love between us. There was a period in time when they were incredibly close – nothing happened but they were really close – and you could see that there was a real bond between them. [Something] was almost going to happen, but he was still married at the time. So she erases her memory of when it started to become a little hot and heavy between them.

And now they meet again?
What I love about the storyline, is that it’s the question of soul mates. If you know nothing about somebody, do you still sense them? Once her memory is erased it’s still undeniable. I think we are meant to be with certain people. Whether we remember all the details, it’s just a deeper connection.

Where is Noah, or HRG, emotionally right now?
You know what? I think HRG’s mind is always on Claire. And what makes our love story interesting is that for the first time he notices that there’s somebody that catches his interest. [Someone] that understands him. He’s sort of in a dilemma, having this double life, and because I worked with him, I really understand him, and that sort of brings him to life in another way.

I read the more fit you get, the more you want to play a superhero. Does this count?
It totally counts. In fact I was at the gym today, and my trainer was happy to know that I might be doing some ass kicking in the near future. The last time I was on TV, I was unemotional. And as much I loved Law & Order, because I really appreciated all that I learned from Sam Waterston, Dick Wolf, Fred Thompson and Jerry Orbach, I was definitely ready to bare some emotions and kick a little butt too.

It sounds like you definitely get to do that in this role.
Yeah, it’s really perfect, because it’s full of heart. The emotional relationship between HRG and Lauren is really well-written and really well-realized. And then of course there’s all the intensity of the plot and the action that goes along with their mission together professionally. So it’s got a little “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” to it.

‘Heroes’ Season 4 Episode 3: Claire Covering Up Her Tracks

The preview given at the end of “Heroes” premiere suggests that Claire will take a huge portion of the next episode. The cheerleader who wanted to lead a normal life has to suffer the consequences of being caught by her roommate while recovering from a fall. H.R.G. suggests that they hire the Haitian to clear Gretchen’s memory.

Meanwhile, Peter faces unexpected consequences for his heroic acts and encounters a reluctant new hero (guest star Deanne Bray). He also meets the leader of The Carnival, Samuel, who moves heaven and earth to recapture the memories of his late brother Joseph. Elsewhere, Matt struggles with his internal demons as Sylar mysteriously resurfaces.

Titled “Ink“, the episode airs on Monday, September 28. The title may refer to one of the items that Samuel posseses as the ringleader. He has among others, a magic compass and a magic ink pen.

Heroes Stars Dish on New Season

Masi Oka and Hayden Panettiere portray, arguably, the two most popular characters on Heroes.

To the dismay of many fans, they also portray the two characters that have been most poorly used over the last two seasons.

But in a new interview with Wired.com, both stars expressed excitement over the new volume, which kicks off with a two-hour debut on Monday night. Here are excerpts of what they had to say:

Oka, on what’s ahead for Hiro: Hiro has a terminal illness and he’s going through the whole bucket-list thing. I think he’s taking life a little bit more seriously and balance between hope and despair. This is kind of a new thing for him.

Panettiere, on rumors of a lesbian kiss: This new character Gretchen, who becomes my roommate, comes along. And it’s a very interesting relationship because there’s a little bit of a flirting with the whole “Are we friends? Are we more? Like, do I have feelings for you in that way?” So, that’s the relationship so far, and where exactly it’s going I have no idea.
